Rigid and mobile population concentrations following a 24-hour, room-temperature digestion of HgA by four proteases: Trypsin, α-chymotrypsin, papain, and bromelain. Each protease acted alone or in the presence of three known protease inhibitors. Total substrate concentration was 100 μM.
